May be physical or mental.

Day by day nature of disease changed as the lifestyle of people changed.

Mental attack, anxiety, stress etc.,

But, as we know people taking it seriously now.

They are more aware of health issues & works hard to maintain health.

As we hear health is wealth!

It’s a true saying.

Be blessed with health on this world health day.

live for 100 years.

But, now they give blessings

how much you live, live healthy

  4. It’s really unfortunate that the blessings to live long have been shortened but still living life healthy is far more satisfying than a 100 years.

But, now they give blessings by how much you live, live healthy.” I still know people who lives until 100 years old and more. I don’t know if it’s in the genes or their lifestyle. But they say, life span of people are getting shorter every year. Well, I believe it’s not how many years you’ve lived, but how well you’ve lived your life.

  7. People now are living to be 100 years old, thanks to advances in vitamins and nutrients. I agree, it’s important to take your health seriously because new diseases do pop up more and more.
